Craft commissions and tutorials

Ball jointed and poseable dolls / Sculptures
At the time im tempting to make somekind of figurines. One is a ball jointed doll of Luka, other maybe a poseable doll of Izzy, and finally a sculpture of my creature Gieros, so maybe anyone have any good tutorials for how to make such thingies? Especially want to know how those ball joints must be made and where to search for the fur-like materials?

Not sure if its needed or if I really want, but I've been thinking about redesigning her. Theres her current ref. Any ideas and examples? Some more additional/new colors and patterns? Maybe a different tail?

Written Works

I and FerretXing are working on our story about our characters (Luka, Izzy, Artyom, Timėja). Soooo.... anyone knows how to submitt written works to DA? In what program those must be written? 
Also I think it might be submitted as original (our native language-in lithuanian), so ... I dont know if there should be overworking with translating and such (i may brieflly and shortly describing it in descriptions i guess ;3)

Art Trades and Contests

Must admit that I've eaten myself with those (and theres still some pieces to wor with) but I thibk theres never too much xDD So anyone knows somebody who'd like to trade (similiar quality as mine) or who holds a good contest? Lemme know!

Also, the extentions for contests are fine, but NOT shortening! Yesterday I checked one contest I've been planning to participate in it and BAM, it says its already closed, while I were actually done with my entry. So wtf??? >:C Guys, don't do such things!

Talking about contests, I wanted to know what do you think if I'd hold the second contest, but with bigger prizes, and a smaller variety of my characters to draw? Maybe there'd be even crafts or other usefull things to win, who knows XD I'll see what I may be able to do c:
